We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items, including personalized, embroidered, or non-personalized merchandise.

Please take a moment to carefully review your order before completing checkout, including names, monograms, initials, sizes, colors, and spelling. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes after production begins.

If you would like additional peace of mind before your personalized item is embroidered, we are happy to provide a digital proof upon request. Reviewing your proof helps ensure every detail is exactly as you intended.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
